Parking is limited to two (2) vehicles. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Payment Policies


Upon receipt of your reservation deposit, you will receive a confirmation for your stay.

Security Deposit

50% deposit paid upon booking

Balance is paid 30 days prior to arrival

Travel Insurance

We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance.

If you don’t book using Homeaway, Airbnb, or Third Home, a refundable deposit of USD $1,000 is required.

Monthly Renters

Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.

No refund if cancelled 61 days before arrival date.

Villa Info


Many of the antiques in your bedroom are for sale. Please speak to the Villa Manager if you are interested.

Air Conditioning

The fresh air in our area is usually the perfect temperature year round, however, we do use a ceiling fan in the master bedroom for good air circulation. We are also fortunate enough not to have mosquitoes in this area, which is rare unusual, considering the climate in Bali.


Although you are in a very protected and secure area, we ask that you take the time to lock the doors in your bedroom, bathroom and patio before leaving your room. Avoid leaving your valuables outside on your deck and patio as sometimes small animals might disturb them.

Pool Safety

It is advisable not to swim in the pool during lightning and thunderstorms. Please do not dive into the pool.
River walking and swimming:
Please be careful if you walk along the river’s edge. The banks tend to be muddy and slippery most of the year. The river current varies from day to day and for your safety we suggest you avoid swimming here as it may flow much swifter than it appears.

Waiver of Liability

This is a private home, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Water + Septic

Puri Naga Toya villa is on a septic system. The mineral content in the water is high. If there are odors ask the staff to run warm water in the drains.

The septic system is very effective; however, it will clog up if improper material is flushed. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper.

No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages of up to two hundred dollars ($200).


The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace

Rental vehicles are available through the Villa Manager.

Storm Policy

No refunds will be given unless:

The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a”Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/orA “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest.

The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted, and;
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.
