The Ubud Villa is perched high above Bali’s dramatic Ayung River valley looking out to the stunning views of the river valley below and Mount Batu Karu in the distance.
This serene Balinese luxury residence can provide you with every bit of the rest and relaxation you so desperately need and desire in the nearby areas of Buahan Kaja in Payangan. Puri Naga Toya or the HOUSE OF THE WATER DRAGON is located In a small village near Payangan market, and 40 minutes north of Ubud. The size of the property is approximately ½ acre. There is plenty of room for the children to play in and room for adults to visit. Nearby Ubud is the artistic and cultural center of the Island…. Say hello for a week or say for a month.
We DO NOT have air conditioning in the bedrooms, as the home is designed to take advantage of the natural breezes. It is cooler in the mountains and we recommend to bring jumpers. The average temperature year round at night is approximately 70 degrees, and thus a very comfortable temperature to sleep. There are insects in the garden, but we normally do not have mosquitos.

- Free pocket Wifi Internet – 3 devices. The best location is in the Living/Dining room for the WIFI. It is not the fastest and due to our location there may be occasions when the internet is down]
